How many of you can say that you are truly living your dharma – your life’s purpose?
After a long career in higher education and instructional design, my guest on the Lean Out Podcast today told me she is there. It took a period of stillness and discovery for Elizabeth Hubbell to realize she really wanted to spend her time teaching yoga, meditation, and healthy living principles.
An RYT-500 yoga instructor, wellness coach and freelance writer, Elizabeth is passionate about living a plant-based, alcohol-free life. In 2021, she left a career as an instructional designer with a background in K12, higher ed, and adult learning. She is the author of Rethinking Alcohol through the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
Elizabeth and I met in yoga teacher training, and I asked her to be on the show to share her journey of leaning out from the education profession – one we haven’t heard much about from other guests. She shares the epiphanies that informed her unique work-life balance choices today. You can find the episode wherever you listen to podcasts, or listen here:
