Leaning out is a journey that takes twists and turns. That’s part of the fun.
My guest on the most recent Lean Out Podcast episode is my friend Dr. Kara Pepper, a practicing internist in Atlanta, GA. Kara struck out on her own to start a solo telemedicine practice after struggling with burnout and the feeling that she was not aligned with her core value of autonomy. She’s grown her micropractice to include patients in 18 states and an in-person arm for locals. Her specialty is eating disorder care.
In this episode, we catch up on what Kara’s been doing since her last appearance on the show. We discuss the changes she’s made to both her clinical practice and her coaching practice, as she now focuses on helping other physicians start and maintain micropractices like hers.
This episode is packed with great insights and advice; I know you’re going to love it!
